Service Description

This class is great for all practitioners, ages and genders. Hatha Yoga classes encourage a yoga practice that is attentive to the body's needs in building strength, mobility and awareness. Modifications are encouraged and all poses are explained, inversions are rare* and we like to promote a slow and purposeful practice. *No inversions during Zoom classes due to insurance policies.
