Hypnobirthing - Full 1 to 1 Course

Service Description

A fully immersive hypnobirthing course designed to give you information, techniques and tools to approach your birth with confidence and excitement! You can choose from 2x4hr sessions, or 4x2hr sessions depending on your preference and availability (total of 8 hours). Each session is designed to help you understand the mechanics of birth, how to prepare a birth plan, how to examine the different options available to you for your labour and birth, and how to utilise breathwork and hypnobirthing techniques to give you confidence and a sense of calm excitement when it comes to your birth. This course is for everyone! We welcome all parents, new and old hands, LGBTQ+ parents, single parents, all parents! There are options for everyone with this course and we hope that you leave feeling supported, loved and ready for your baby. Classes can be held online or in your home (depending on Covid 19 restrictions) and will be held at your convenience. Included in your course cost is a Birth Plan PDF for you to download and use, 3x voice recordings of your choice (breathing techniques, hypnobirthing scripts or a mixture), a set of affirmation cards, a gift bag and ongoing support from me! Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please do so 24hrs or more before your class. Within 24hrs of your class, your ticket is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
