We encourage all Mums who are in their second and third trimester to come experience the benefits of prenatal yoga on their bodies and babas. We cover breathing techniques, strengthening exercises, move and stretch our bodies, and encourage each other to ask questions and share tips! This is a friendly class and all are welcome, no matter how many babies you have had. Birthing Mum/Person must be 12+ weeks.
