Team Yoga Classes are meant for businesses and corporations who want to add a healthy option to their team building practices! Scheduled to accommodate your team and work day, it is a great way to stretch and move together, releasing stress and tension build up. Classes can be regular or one-off occasions, and group sizes are flexible. These classes are all levels and will accommodate everyone.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please do so 24hrs or more before your class. Within 24hrs of your class, your ticket is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
