This class is meant for absolute beginners to yoga, with slow movements, introductory sequences and full explanations of each pose. This class is also great for those coming back to yoga after a long absence, or returning to physical activity after injury or birth.* All genders and ages welcome. *Postnatal Mothers/Persons must have had their 6 week check-up with a doctor and are encouraged to join this class before returning to a stronger yoga class.
To cancel or reschedule, please do so 24hrs or more before your class. Within 24hrs of your class, your ticket is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
