This class is all levels, whether you have been running for years or are just starting! It is suitable for those who are participating in more walks, hikes or other sports that involve a lot of running. We will focus on strength, flexibility and developing our yoga practice to help our running (or other sport) goals.
To cancel or reschedule, please do so 24hrs or more before your class. Within 24hrs of your class, your ticket is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
