By making yoga enjoyable and empowering, Shire Rose Yoga offers Prenatal and Postnatal courses that are uniquely designed for a healthy pregnancy journey. Our Pregnancy Yoga classes integrate yoga poses (asanas) and breathwork as part of our holistic technique, and we design each class to help you connect with your body, baby or future baby!
FERTILITY YOGA & BEYOND
Fertility Yoga & Beyond 1-1 Courses
The journey towards conception is a personal and powerfully emotional time and it is not always a direct line from A - B! It is therefore vitally important for women, birthing persons, and couples who are trying to conceive to have the support and love they need. I am very excited to support others on their journey towards conception.
This programme is designed to support women/birthing persons 1 to 1 over a 6 week period, with each session lasting 75 minutes. We will combine Fertility Yoga movement and stretches, alongside relaxation techniques and calming breathwork to help you learn and connect deeply with your body and cycle.

Rest & Release Restorative Yoga
Once a month we hold two special yoga workshops that focus on total body relaxation. Whether you are pregnant or a regular practitioner, we invite you to join us for an hour of mindful stretching, breathwork and meditation. Perfect to release stress and tension from your body and mind!
