WE ARE SHIRE ROSE YOGA
This is Your Yoga Journey
Welcoming students in person and online since 2018, Shire Rose Yoga has a lot to offer. From gentle Beginners or Hatha yoga, to stronger Power Flow or Runners focused classes, we use our extensive understanding of the mind/body connection to provide a stimulating and purposeful class. We aim to use movement and breath as a way to heal and empower the self, giving you added physical and mental strength you never knew you had.
We also offer more specialised classes and private 1-1 bookings, having qualifications in Pregnancy Yoga, and Fertility Yoga and Hypnobirthing. These courses are designed to suit you and your yoga journey, and we hope to guide you in a way that suits you and your body best.
The road of yoga is endless — it all starts with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth. We value each and every person who joins our Yoga Classes, and offer an inclusive safe space policy welcoming all who want to practice yoga. We look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
**Due to government and NHS covid-19 guidelines, in-person classes can now restart.
These will be held at Holmfirth Civic Hall. Covid safety guidelines still apply and NO equipment will be provided for in-person classes. Please message with questions or for more details.

WHAT OTHER STUDENTS ARE SAYING...
Lyndsey made me feel completely at ease and very welcome in class. I was able to continue (from 20 weeks) with prenatal classes until I was 40 weeks pregnant and our little one decided it was time to make an arrival. Following an emergency c section, I returned to yoga around 8 weeks postpartum. Lyndsey encourages you to listen to your body and it felt good to be moving again. Nearly 1 year postpartum and I am still a regular at Lyndsey's zoom classes. I really look forward to those 60 minutes of yoga and me time. I've recommended her classes to friends (who also love it) and I encourage you to give it a go, you won't regret it!
